The App is an audio player designed for setting specific sections of audio files and playing them repeatedly. Key features include:

• Importing audio from your music library
• Setting cue points (playback sections) with waveform display
• One-tap playback from cue points
• Text extraction from audio (transcription)

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 App Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the App (software, design, logos, etc.) belong to the developer.

3.2 User Content

Copyright of audio files imported from the music library belongs to the respective rights holders. The App provides functionality for playing audio files that users have lawfully obtained for personal use.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

Users must not use the App to:

• Illegally reproduce, distribute, or publish copyrighted content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Infringe upon the rights of third parties using the App's features
• Redistribute the App for commercial purposes
• Circumvent or disable the App's security features

4. Advertising

The App displays advertisements using Google AdMob.

• Ad content is managed by Google, and the developer is not responsible for its content.

5. Disclaimers

5.1 Service Provision

• The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
• We do not guarantee that the App will operate without interruption or errors.
• The developer may update or change features without prior notice.

5.2 Data Integrity

• Cue points and transcription data created in the App are stored locally on your device.
• The developer is not responsible for data loss due to device failure, OS updates, or App deletion.
• Users should maintain appropriate backups of important data.

5.3 Third-Party Services

• The App uses Apple's Speech Framework and Google's services (Firebase Analytics, AdMob).
• The developer is not responsible for any impact on the App's functionality due to outages, changes, or discontinuation of these third-party services.

5.4 Speech Recognition Accuracy

• The accuracy of text extraction (transcription) depends on audio quality, language, environment, and other factors.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of extracted text.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

7. DRM-Protected Content

Content protected by DRM (Digital Rights Management), such as Apple Music streaming tracks, is not supported for waveform analysis or cue point setting. The App is designed for use with DRM-free audio files that users have purchased or downloaded.

8. Changes to Terms

The developer may modify these Terms as needed. If significant changes are made, we will notify you within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer's location as the court of first instance.
