1.1 Music Library Information
The App accesses your Apple Music library with your permission. The information we access includes:
- Song metadata (title, artist name, album name, artwork, etc.)
- Audio data (for waveform analysis and cue point setting)
This information is used only on your device and is never sent to external servers.
1.2 Speech Recognition Data
The App uses the iOS Speech Framework for text extraction (transcription) features.
- For online recognition, audio data may be sent to Apple's servers for processing.
- When offline recognition is available, processing is completed on the device.

1.3 Analytics Data
The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase (Firebase Analytics) to collect anonymized usage data.
- App usage frequency and feature usage
- Device information (model, OS version, etc.)

1.4 Advertising Data
The App displays advertisements using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect the following information for ad delivery:
- Device advertising identifier (IDFA)
- Approximate location information

The App uses RevenueCat for managing in-app purchases and subscriptions.

2. Information Storage
2.1 Local Data
All data created within the App is stored on your device.
- Cue point data (start position, end position, name, etc.)
- Transcription text
- Playback history
- App settings
This data is securely stored on your device using SwiftData and is not sent to external servers.
2.2 Data Deletion
Deleting the App will remove all data stored on your device.
3. Information Sharing
The App does not share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases:
- Apple: When using speech recognition features (for online recognition)
- Google: Analytics data via Firebase Analytics, ad delivery data via AdMob
- RevenueCat: In-app purchase and subscription management data
- Legal requirements: When necessary to comply with legal obligations
4. Children's Privacy
The App is available to users of all ages. When used by children under 13, ads are served with child-directed settings and personalized ads are not displayed. Parents and guardians should appropriately manage their children's use of the App.
5. Security
We take the following measures to protect your data:
- Data is stored in the device's local storage and relies on the device's encryption capabilities.
- No unnecessary data transmission to external servers.
However, we cannot guarantee complete security of information transmitted over the internet.
6. Your Rights
You have the following rights:
- Access Control: You can change permissions for music library, speech recognition, and microphone access at any time in iOS Settings.
- Ad Opt-out: You can disable personalized ads in iOS Settings.
- Data Deletion: You can delete all data stored on your device by deleting the App.
7. Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be updated as needed. If significant changes are made, we will notify you within the App. The latest version of this Policy is always available on this page.
